When capture is running but the note isn't in focus — you jumped to Zoom, opened a browser, or closed the note window — a small floating recorder appears at the right-hand edge of your screen.

↗ Open — brings the note window forward, focused
⏸ / ▶ — pause and resume capture
■ — stop capture and start enhancement
Drag it anywhere on screen by its body; Amlin remembers the position for next time
Why it behaves the way it does
It floats above every app and every space, including full-screen apps, because a recording indicator you can't see isn't an indicator.
It never steals focus. Clicking its buttons doesn't pull you out of your call.
It stays visible even when no Amlin window is open at all.
