Drafting follow-ups

Turn a finished note into a follow-up email or a status update in one click.

Once a note has been enhanced, a Draft ▾ button appears in its header with two options:

  • ✉ Follow-up email — a concise recap addressed to the participants, with the agreed next steps

  • 📣 Status update — a short update suitable for Slack or a team channel

Both are grounded strictly in that meeting's notes and transcript, and both respect your curated action items — anything you checked off, edited, or dismissed is reflected, not the raw extraction.

The draft opens in a window where you can read it, edit it, and copy it out.

The Ask anything bar can generate anything else you need from a meeting — a PRD, a customer-feedback summary, a list of objections. Type / in the bar to use a saved recipe, or just ask in your own words. See Ask anything and Recipes.
