Reminders

Put a time on any action item and Amlin resurfaces it with a notification you can snooze or complete from the alert.

Any action item can carry a reminder — a specific moment when Amlin should put it back in front of you.

Setting one

Edit an item (or create one) and use the Remind me row:

  • Later today

  • Tomorrow

  • Next week

  • Or pick an exact date and time

Items with a reminder show a ⏰ chip with the scheduled time.

When it fires

You get a quiet macOS notification with the item text and its meeting. From the notification you can:

  • Snooze 1h

  • Mark done

  • Click through to the Action items view

Clearing a reminder

Edit the item and clear the reminder field. Completing or dismissing an item cancels its reminder automatically.
