Dictating into Amlin notes

Speak a thought straight into a meeting note without breaking your flow — Enhance folds it in later.

Dictation works inside Amlin's own notes, which is more useful than it sounds.

During a meeting

Hold fn and speak a note instead of typing it. Handy when:

  • You're on a walk-and-talk or a phone call and can't type

  • You want to capture a longer thought than you can type without dropping out of the conversation

  • You're driving the conversation and typing would show

The dictated text lands in your raw notes exactly like typed text, and Enhance folds it into the structure afterward.

After a meeting

Dictate a debrief straight into the note — impressions, next steps, the thing you didn't want to say out loud on the call — then re-enhance so it's woven into the final write-up.

Which view it lands in

Dictated text goes into whichever view has your cursor, exactly like typed text — normally My notes. Enhance treats it the same as anything else you typed.
