You don't have to maintain your dictionary by hand. When you correct a word — right after dictating it, or while editing a meeting note — Amlin notices and can learn it.
Two behaviors, your choice
Learn corrections automatically (on): the term is added to your dictionary immediately. The dictation pill shows "Learned" with an Undo for a few seconds, so a wrong learn is one click from being reverted.
Off: the correction lands in a review queue instead. Toggle this in Dictation Settings → General → Learn corrections automatically.
The review queue
When there's anything to review, a Suggested terms block appears in Settings → Custom Dictionary. Each row shows the term and how many times you've corrected it (repeat corrections sort to the top).
Add — put it in your dictionary
Dismiss — never suggest it again
The block hides itself entirely when the queue is empty.
Corrections flow both ways
A name you fix in a meeting note feeds the same queue as one you fix while dictating. Fix a term once, anywhere, and it's right everywhere — that's the compounding loop between the two halves of Amlin.
