Connecting your calendar is what turns Amlin from a notepad into something that knows your day.

What it unlocks

  • A Coming up agenda on Home, grouped by day

  • One-click open the note for this meeting, pre-titled and attached to the event

  • ↗ Join — opens the meeting link and starts transcribing

  • Pre-meeting nudges about a minute before each event

  • Attendee names in the note, which also help enhancement attribute quotes correctly

  • ✦ Brief me pre-meeting briefings

How to connect

Calendar comes with your account: a single Sign in with Google grants your Amlin account and read-only calendar access in one consent. Sign in from onboarding, from Settings → Account & Sync, or from the Getting Started checklist.

Read-only, permanently

Amlin requests read-only calendar scope. It can list your events; it cannot create, edit, delete, or RSVP to anything. This is a deliberate trust decision, not a current limitation — minimal permissions are the point.

Supported calendars

Google Calendar today. Microsoft 365 / Outlook is not supported yet.
