Deleting things
A note: ⋯ → Delete. Removes the note and its transcript from all your devices. Not undoable.
Dictation history: delete individual entries or wipe everything from the History window.
A dictionary term or rule: remove it in Settings; the removal syncs.
Everything: contact support to have your account and server-side data deleted.
Enterprise and security review
The properties that usually matter in a security review: no bot in the meeting; no audio at rest; no video or screen capture; read-only calendar scope; no third-party analytics; on-device dictation; and local-first storage where sync is opt-in with your own account.
